Receiving messages on our addresses, the raw archive, and sending our own emails go through other processors, named in the privacy policy.

3. Intellectual property

The text, the measurements, the graphics, the logo artwork, and the code of this site belong to fstck or to those who have licensed its use to fstck. You may quote a finding or a figure published here, with its source and its date: that is what we ask. Reproducing an entire page, or presenting a measurement without its basis or its date, is not. Use of the name and the artwork is described on the “The brand” page.

The messages we archive remain the property of their authors. We publish measurements and thumbnails of them, never the full reproduction.

4. Personal data and cookies

What we do with personal data is described in the privacy policy, and what this site sets in your browser in the cookie policy. Both are linked at the bottom of this page.

5. Dispute a finding

Every finding published here carries its proof and replays identically. If you represent a brand and a figure looks wrong to you, write to us naming the brand and the finding: we will republish the calculation and the excerpt that establishes it, and correct it if the error is on our side.

A brand report describes messages received on addresses we control, like any other subscriber. It is not withdrawn at a brand's request; it is corrected if it is inaccurate.
