For agencies and consultancies

All your clients under control, without access to their tools.

Today, free of charge: the tools can be run for each of your clients, and their reports handed over as they are. With Version Pro, opened in batches, each brand places its sentinels and invites you into its account: the whole portfolio is followed on a single screen.

Three tools, for each of your clients

The audit of a send, the reading of a suspicious message, the diagnosis of tracking practices. None requires access to the client's tools, and each produces a document that can be passed on.

  • Build a client's case without asking for access to their tools.
  • Export the report as a PDF and hand it to the team that will fix it.
  • Track several brands, each with its own history.

What you hand over to your client

  1. 01 The audit report of one of their sends, as a PDF, each finding with its excerpt.
  2. 02 The security reading of a suspicious message they received.
  3. 03 The diagnosis of their tracking practices, and its PDF report.
  4. 04 The public report of their brands, when we already receive their sends.

Version Pro · an example

The portfolio, brand by brand

Each brand keeps its sentinels and its history in its own account. When one of them shows a deviation, its line changes, with the evidence, without you having had to open its tools.

  1. 3 February

    Each brand places its sentinels

In its own account, with proof of domain, then it invites you. You operate; the brand keeps its data and its history.

  2. 5 February

    The portfolio fills up

One line per brand from its first email received: its tests in progress, its open deviations, the date of its latest test.

  3. Every send

All your brands, email after email

Every email received is measured on arrival, brand by brand. Nothing is added up or compared from one client to another.

  4. 27 March

A line in your portfolio changes

Among your brands, Maison Claire moves into deviation: its unsubscribe link is now tracked, found without access to its tools.

  5. 27/03 · 10:21

The alert goes out, with its evidence

The finding, why it matters, what's changed since the last mailing that held, how to check it yourself, how to fix it. One alert per change, never per mailing.

One line per brand
Its tests in progress, its open deviations, the date of its latest test. The portfolio is read across the accounts you are invited to.
Nothing of one client at another's
No score is compared from one brand to another, no total is calculated outside your screen. Each client sees only their own account.
The evidence, ready to hand over
The deviation arrives with the send that establishes it, archived exactly as it arrived, and the fix for the detected sending platform.

Version Pro · your tests

What your sentinels test

Commitments chosen from a control plan, never written by hand: each has its own protocol, and its result is replayed from the log.

  • The open tracker is what it claims to be

Presence, host and associated sending platform, on every send from every brand. Three cross-checked signals — dimensions, address pattern, host domain — never dimensions alone.

Passive: no action, the sentinel receives · Every send

  • Unsubscribing exists, and does not track

The header, the link in the body, and whether that link itself goes through a click redirector: the case where you cannot object without being measured one last time.

Passive: no action, the sentinel receives · Every send

Three possible results, never a verdict →

Your questions

What we're asked first

Does our client have to open their tools to us?

No. Everything is read from what an address receives: no access to the sending platform, no account on their CRM, no key to get approved on their side.

Measured from the inbox →

Can the report be handed over as it is?

Yes. The audit report exports as a PDF, each finding with the excerpt that establishes it: your client reads it without an account, and their team knows what to fix.

Proof for every finding →

Can we follow a brand that hasn't done anything yet?

For reading, yes: the public report of a brand whose sends we receive can be consulted freely. What only makes sense for the brand itself, such as its transactional emails, waits until it claims its brand.

Who claims the brand, us or our client?

Version Pro

Your client, once, through an address on their domain. They then invite you into their account: at the end of the engagement, access is withdrawn and the history stays with the brand.

How is a portfolio counted?

Version Pro

By scope: the brands followed, and the sources where they place their sentinels. Never per sentinel, per test or per seat — counting sentinels would push people to test less.

Who receives the alerts, us or the brand?

Version Pro

The members of its account, you included. A send that claims to come from the brand without coming from it goes to the brand first: it is the one that can act.

Start with a client's file

A send, a suspicious message or a diagnosis: the tools are free, with no account, and their reports can be handed over as they are. The portfolio comes next, with Version Pro.
